Chair Yoga: £8 per class.
Therapeutic Yin Yoga: £100 for 10 classes or £14 drop in

Yoga Therapy 1:1 and Online:
£200 - Package to include:
- 1 x 30-minute telephone consultation
- 1 x 90-minute assessment/consultation
- 4 x 60-minute followup sessions
- Client will be sent a summary of session with diagrams of the practise and suggested reading materials
