Lenora Darlison

Lenora Darlison has been practicing yoga and meditation since her teenage

years. She interweaves Hatha, Asthanga, Iyengar and Yin Yoga with meditation

from several traditional schools to create a practise, which helps transform the

body, mind and spirit.


Education:

  • 200 + 300 Hours (500 Hours) certified Hatha yoga teacher. Studied with
  • Pradeep Sattwamaya, disciple of Swami Satyananda, Bihar School of Yoga.
  • Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation with Sarah Powers of Insight Yoga
  • Institute, USA
  • Registered teacher with Yoga Alliance, UK
  • Courses in: Yoga Nidra, Pre-natal Yoga, Pranayama, Mindful Meditation
  • B.A. Honours English Literature
  • PGCE King’s College London
  • Exercise to Music: YMCA London

Present: Yoga Therapy Diploma with Yoga Campus, London

Experience:

  • Practising since teenage years
  • Taught yoga in eight countries including the Royal Cultural Centre, Amman, Jordan and US Navy Base, Bahrain
  • Teacher workshops – Yin Yoga and Mindfulness meditation
