Every Monday - Zoom Class - 5.30-pm-7.00 pm UK time
Classes will vary every week to include YY for one of the 12 meridian pairs like Liver/Gallblader. Or, for skeletal health: shoulders, lower back etc. And for stress/anxiety.
Every Friday - Zoom Class - 4.30-pm-6.00 pm UK time
Monday-Friday - 10.00am to 4.00pm UK time
